Drummers in United States

Michigan, Eaton Rapids – Philip Stetler

Experienced with small and large stage gigs as well as recording . I would like to be involved with an "outreach" music ministry/band but would seriously consider filling a drummer spot in the right church. I have played professionally and understand commitment and professionalism. Dedicated to living a life in Christ. Willing to travel within reason.

Michigan, Marquette – Ben Wilson

I'm from Marquette Michigan and I've played the drums for about 10 years. I enjoy playing hard rock music. My influences are Red, Decyfer Down, Thousand Foot Krutch, 12 Stones, and many others. I've been in a few bands but I'm looking for something more serious, and I'm even willing to relocate if I find a fit for me! I have professional gear, Pearl Masters MCX.

Michigan, Paw Paw – Joey Leavitt

I have been playing drums for 23 years , started out in San Diego Ca. My first group was with Mark Goffeney , bass player born with no arms and plays with his feet, settled in Michigan after the loss of my mom two brothers and a sister. Still have two sisters in San Diego, love heavy stuff not thrash, would love to find some people with goals and talent to pursue music. Have some great contacts here to pursue a European tour. Played in church band for nine years, met Mylon Lefvre and drummed for him at old church. Other musicians include David Binion, Bill Nisson and many others. - Joey

Minnesota, Belle Plaine – Jonathan Paul Pressley

First and foremost, I love playing percussion and simply making a joyful noise to the Lord.

To give you some more detail, however, I am a 17 year old percussionist who's been playing drum-set for six years and percussion in general for eight years. For the past four years, I've been the lead drummer at River Rock Church (in Belle Plaine, MN). I'm also a percussion teacher who has never failed to teach a student to play a full song within three lessons (and yes, I've had several students of all backgrounds).

While in the school band from 8th through 10th grade, I earned three band letters, was selected to two different honor bands (the Gustavus Adolphus Honor Jazz Band and the St. Thomas Honors Symphonic Band), and participated in the school's percussion ensemble, jazz band, and percussion ensemble. In 9th grade I was one of seven people selected to attend the University of Illinois' Summer Youth Music Pre-College Percussion program. In eleventh grade I partcipated in Crown College's percussion ensemble.

I love to play all sorts of styles (on all sorts of percussino instruments, not just drum-set). And though funk is my favorite, I am also quite proficient in hip-hop/rap, jazz, contemporary, pop, latin, and others.

Once again, first and foremost, I love playing percussion and simply making a joyful noise unto the Lord. I would love the chance to do this in any and every capacity, especially if I can earn money for 2017-18 college expenses in the process.
